We opened Hollaway Property Management in January 2003 with the goal of managing rental property for multiple investors with the high quality service that we have insisted on for years.  Our president and broker, Allison Hollaway, began managing student properties while attending Florida State University in 1985.  This summer job turned into a 17 year career managing up to 2000 units in Tallahassee.

While we specialize in student properties, our management portfolio also includes conventional and affordable housing.  We provide full service management as well as acquisition and disposition services for our investor clients.  We love to rehabilitate properties that are under managed and transition them back into income properties.  It is our goal to increase our owners’ bottom line and we accomplish it in several ways.  We reduce the tenant turn over rates and rent losses by screening our residents and keeping a close working relationship between landlord and resident.  Expenses are also reduced by our in- house maintenance staff and preferred customer status with our vendors.  With our fingers on the pulse of our local market, we keep the rental rates competitive and maintain the highest occupancy rates for our properties.
